It always seems really slow to me but I guess it was quick ! I’ve actually hit an eternity long plateau when it comes to losing my last 20 lbs /-: so I am going to be trying “shakeology” I’ve read amazing reviews. But to answer your question; I ate healthy and hit the gym religiously every day. In the beginning the weight will fall off fast !Mid way it slows down. I cut out junk, no soda, no fast food… Serious dedication! Stick to it and don’t cheat yourself.
