*Will you follow me?* If I see a blog I like, I will follow it. I stay away from pro-ana and other unhealthy trends. I care for those who suffer from such problems, so I wouldn’t turn them away.. however, for my health I find it negative and don’t support the lifestyle.

*Are you pro-ana?* No, i do not condone nor support the lifestyle and if you know someone who is, please help them seek help.

*Favorite type of exercise?*Cardio and muscle building.

*Do you communicate with your followers?* I try to as much as i can! I may not respond automatically, but I will get to you as soon as possible!

*What’s the hardest part of dieting?* Honestly, the wait! I can deal with the exercise, smaller portions, and healthy foods but the wait is what kills me. I want results now! This can really take an emotional tole on you, but hang in there and realize that your body IS changing, and others DO notice it. You WILL get there in the end!

*Advice to followers?* Get up and get active, Adapt a healthy lifestyle.. the only regret you will have is not starting sooner. You CAN and ARE capable of being successful, I believe in you—believe in yourself!
