

This is where I began—285 pounds!

I hated everything about my body, and got seriously motivated.
__________________________________________

I joined a gym, I worked out 6 days a week (& still do)
__________________________________________

I began seeing changes in my body and that kept me going.
__________________________________________

My clothes began to feel too big :-D
__________________________________________

I reward myself with positive things, not food. (-:
__________________________________________

This is me at 200 pounds, that’s a loss of 85 lbs so far. I have about 45 more to go.


***UPDATE…*** Current weight is 180 lbs, that’s a total loss of 105 lbs so far. 25 more to go! New pix below…
