Almond milk is commonly used as a milk substitute. It is high in antioxidants, hearth healthy, high in vitamins/minerals, low in fat and calories. It has no animal by products, safe alternative for lactose intolerance. Only cons are; not safe for those who have tree nut allergies and isn’t good for babies since it doesnt contain the nutrition of breast milk/formula. [credit]

So, if you have no nut allergies then yes, excellent alternative!

But anything crime and legal related is a really good field to get into and they are always needed so finding a job isn't extremely hard. Good luck! Yes without a doubt. My only concern is how they say “the last 20 lbs is always the hardest” but if 20 pounds is my only problem I’ll still be content as hell. 110 pounds is like an entire person! But losing 130 is my goal.

It’s a Jillian Michaels’ work out program. There are 3 levels, each level goes in order and after completing ten days on a level you move on to the next one for a total of 30 days. It mixes cardio and strength training for maximum results in minimum time.

I understand how you feel, it sucks to feel lack of control and to feel like you’ve fallen into old habits.. but you can regain control and move forward. don’t beat yourself up about it. Realize you made a mistake and get back on track ASAP. It happens to all of us. If it happens a lot with you then give yourself more daily calories so you don’t feel deprived and are less likely to binge. All you can do now is get in a good work out, remind yourself how far you’ve come, remember your goals/why you’re doing this, and stay strong & positive! It isn’t the end of the world, just a minor set back. You can do it!

Fun fact but your metabolism won’t slow down until you’ve burned through your fat stores and start to eat up muscle and organs and such. A lot of “starvation mode metabolism” stuff is myth and not rooted in science. Your daily calorie intake is fine!

Appreciate your concern, but I don’t starve myself. Eating up too 1350 calories is completely normal. You may choose to eat or not to eat the calories you burn. I choose not to eat them. I will be upping my calories slightly since I am beginning a double routine, but nothing major. 2,000 calories is what i will eat to maintain my weight once at my UGW. 1350 is what I eat to lose weight.

Ohh cool, it’s going pretty good I feel a little better today. Been sick for three days now :-/ but I start 30 day shred today :-) :-) very excited to see what results I get from it. So your goal is 140 by 2013 I take it? Lol mine is between 145 and 155, whichever I like best when I get there. Good luck girl, we can do this!!

I eat between 1200 - 1350 calories and workout 6 days a week. Some weeks I lose 1 lbs and some weeks I lose 3-4lbs. Idk, my body is weird, but I am not complaining! Now that I’ll be doing double work outs (gym + 30ds) i may lose more. :P
